With great views over vineyards as well as the town, this elegant property is a superb base from which to explore the world famous wine areas of St Emilion and Pomerol as well as the historic left bank chateaux of the Medoc.

St Emilion is packed full of Michelin starred restaurants, classic bistros and busy brasseries and a host of fantastic wine chateaux and shops are just an easy stroll away - so no car (and no nominated driver) necessary... 

The spacious kitchen looks onto a private terrace and is equipped to a high standard, complete with a large breakfast table.
Along a short corridor, the more formal dining room seats 10. The wine club style sitting room is laid out with comfortable leather furniture and along the hallway an office / reading room is lined with books and provides a calm working space.   An air conditioned sitting room/ tv room on the ground floor transforms, when required, into a ground floor bedroom (complete with ensuite shower room) and opens onto the little courtyard garden.   A climatized wine cellar completes the ground floor layout.  

The building's original sweeping stone staircase leads upstairs to the 1st floor, where four bedrooms are all situated.   All these bedrooms have comfortable, superking beds (180cm x 200cm) and elegant bathrooms in travertine stone or marble.   All have showers and the two largest also have cast iron roll top baths.  
The stone staircase then winds on up to the 2nd / top floor to reveal a private floor containing two vast en-suite bedrooms,
which are blocked off for owners/ staff/ storage use.

Outside, classic stylish wicker garden furniture is lined with comfortable cushions, setting the scene for pre-dinner aperitifs before wandering into the village for dinner.  
St Emilion is a foodies' paradise - stacked with great Michelin starred restaurants and classic brasseries - all within easy walking distance...  The Pavillon is a great venue though and with a host of fine wine shops around, it works well to book a private chef
to come and cook at the Pavillon instead of heading into town.

Private off road parking is available at the property for 5 cars.
